Memberships Terms & Conditions

Founding Rate: As a founding member (first 20), your rate of £195 per quarter £65/month (Premium Membership) or £75 per quarter £25/month (Only Membership) is locked at this price for the lifetime of your continuous membership.
Billing Cycle: Memberships are billed quarterly in advance via Stripe.
Renewals: Your membership will automatically renew every quarter at the Founding Rate unless cancelled. We will provide 30 days' notice of any changes to billing dates or administrative terms.
Digital Content Waiver: By accessing the Insights Library or Expert Masterclasses within the first 14 days of your membership, you expressly request the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day 'cooling-off' period is waived.
Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time via the Customer Portal HERE. Upgrades are effective immediately and billed on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time via the Customer Portal HERE. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current paid quarter; no partial refunds are provided for mid-quarter cancellations.

Included Seat: Premium members receive one guaranteed seat at a flagship dinner per quarter (Value: £95).
Booking Notice: Due to the intimate nature of our curated dinners, you must confirm your attendance via the form in Slack at the start of each quarter when the next wave of events are published.
No-Show Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the dinner, or failure to attend, will result in the forfeiture of your seat for that quarter. Seats cannot be rolled over to the following quarter.
Transferability: Dinner seats are exclusive to the member and cannot be resold. If you cannot attend, you may nominate another woman in beauty to take your place, subject to approval by Bella at least 48 hours in advance.

Liability Disclaimer: Beauty Dinners provides the Experts Directory as a platform for introductions only. We are not responsible for, and do not provide, any professional services or advice delivered by third-party experts.
Directory Access: Members receive access to a vetted Directory of Experts offering discounts of up to 50% on professional services.
Third-Party Services: Beauty Dinners provides the platform for these introductions but is not responsible for the specific consulting, strategy deep-dives, or brand audits provided by third-party experts.
Direct Agreements: Any engagement with a Directory Expert is a private agreement between the member and the consultant.

Intellectual Property: Access to The Insights Library, Expert Masterclasses, and strategy recordings is for active members only. Sharing this content externally is strictly prohibited.
Slack Community: Our 24/7 Slack workspace is a safe space for "Power Networking." We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in disruptive behavior or aggressive unsolicited pitching.
Confidentiality: To nourish our networks effectively, we ask that all "Inner Circle" strategy calls remain confidential to protect the businesses and careers of our members.

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect the growth of the membership. Any significant changes to pricing or core benefits will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
